Travis Elementary

TESTIMONY

We are so excited for this new venture in inner-city Abilene at Travis Elementary. 4 acres, and a 3 story school building with a bakery, was donated to us for $1.00.

Four years ago, God showed Norm and Angel, the Founders of Iris Abilene, that this building would be used as a resource and trade school to empower and bring restoration to the community. We look forward to this partnership with other ministries to bring unity, collaboration, and hope for the generations.

We are thanking God for his goodness and the gift that this land will be for the community.

We are so thankful for Beltway Park Church College ministry for them taking time during their spring break to serve and help clean up the school building and the surrounding area. They worked for 2 days, and started the transformation process of the building!

Restoring the Foundations Training September 23rd -- October 17th

It has been said that a person can live forty days without food, four days without water, four minutes without air, but only four seconds without hope. Restoring the Foundations (RTF) provides hope for healing, freedom from life’s deepest struggles, and renewed purpose for living through a personal experience with God’s transforming, empowering love.

Camp Barkeley Training and Equipping Center is offering an extended training intensive for healing and deliverance featuring Restoring The Foundations Issue-Focused Ministry training and Thorough Format Ministry training in a four-week block of time.
